That’s where I come in!

Bring me your Pinterest boards, screenshots, color palettes, and all the ideas swirling around in your head, and I’ll help turn them into a celebration that feels beautiful, intentional, and completely yours.

Whether you’re celebrating with 20 guests or 150, someone needs to be behind the scenes. Who’s accepting deliveries while you’re in hair and makeup? Who’s making sure catering arrives on time? And do you really want your mom handling those things when she should be getting dressed and taking photos with you?

That’s my job.

I'm the one checking in with catering, cueing the wedding party down the aisle, making sure cocktail hour is underway while you're taking photos. From the rehearsal to the last dance, I'm there making sure everything comes together just as we planned.

Every vendor is carefully researched and hand-selected based on your style and priorities. Rather than spending hours searching online, you'll be presented with the best options.

From the overall design and color palette to florals, rentals, lighting, entertainment, stationery, and every thoughtful detail in between, I'll manage the planning, logistics, and communication so everything works together seamlessly.

Partial Planning & Design

Partial Planning is perfect for couples who already have the foundation of their wedding in place.

Maybe you've booked your venue, photographer, caterer, and secured your wedding date—but you're ready for a little expert guidance to bring everything together.

Whether you're searching for the perfect florist, DJ, live band, wedding painter, hair and makeup artist, or another specialty vendor, I'll help you build the rest of your dream vendor team with professionals who fit your style, personality, and budget.

From there, we'll refine your overall design and ensure every detail works together seamlessly—from florals and linens to lighting, rentals, signage, and those thoughtful finishing touches that make your wedding feel beautifully and authentically yours.

60 Days to I Do

From our first consultation to the moment you say "I do," I'll step in to ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed.

Day-of Coordination includes an initial consultation along with three planning meetings, access to a personalized online planning dashboard complete with your timeline, vendor information, and important notes, and a thorough review of your vendor contracts.

Beginning up to three months before your wedding (depending on when you book), I'll create a detailed wedding day timeline and begin communicating with your vendor team one month and again two weeks before your celebration.

I'll serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors the day before and the day of your wedding, coordinate your ceremony rehearsal, oversee the setup of your personal décor, and manage every aspect of your wedding day so you can be fully present and enjoy each moment.
